Sherri Loghry
Sherri Loghry serves as creditor/debtor liaison. Sherri has extensive training in skip tracing debtors and garnishees, including conducting Accurint searches, internet research, and information verification. Sherri also drafts pleadings in collection matters, prepares bank garnishments, wage garnishments, subpoenas, and assists with settlement negotiations. Sherri is Legal Assistant to Richard D. White, Jr. She obtained an Associate’s of Arts degree from Rogers State University in 2008, a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Northeastern State University in 2010. Sherri is a member of the National Association for Legal Secretaries and the Association for Political and Legal Anthropology.
